Corporate event pricing is dependent on several factors, including:
- Number of guests
- Duration of the event
- Date availability
- Special requests
Fee typically includes:
- (6) hour venue rental
- The entire bottom floor of the mansion.
- Three rooms and bathrooms upstairs.
- The ceremony garden, back patio & dance floor, side yards and fountain.
- Security Guard
- 100 Gold Chiavari chairs
- (12) 48" round tables
- (10) 30" round bistro tables
- (200) white folding garden chairs
- Pre and post clean
Annesdale Mansion does not mandate that you choose any specific vendor. We welcome all caterers, photographers, etc. as long as they are licensed and insured.
